1. The Deadline for Online Payment is June 14 , 2020.

2. Registration Fee includes: coffee/tea breaks, meals of lunch & dinner.

支付方式

会议费可通过以下三种方式支付：

一、微信在线缴费，提供电子发票（推荐使用），详细步骤及注意事项如下：

 1.扫描下方二维码，打开“物理所财务处”微信公众号（无需关注也可操作）； 

       

2.单击公众号下方“业务办理”，在“会议费”中选择“第六届凝聚态物理会议”—“去报名”，依次填写“报名信息”、“发票信息”，最后确认提交并支付；

                

3.如需使用公务卡，请开通银行卡网上支付功能，并进入“微信—我—支付—钱包—银行卡”中添加公务卡，支付时选择“公务卡支付”；

4.个人可登陆微信公众号 “个人中心”查询付款及开票状态，如状态为“已开票”，请在电子邮箱中查收发票。

5.注意事项：

(1)微信缴费仅允许开具增值税普通发票（电子发票），缴费金额即为开票金额，单笔金额不能开具多张发票；

(2)微信付款只能开具单位发票；请务必认真核对发票信息，付款后发票一旦开具不予退换；

(3)多人报名缴费时请在“报名姓名”中填写全部人员名单，中间以“，”隔开；

(4)电子发票开具后将发送至您填写的电子邮箱，无需后台申请（电子邮箱是接收电子发票的唯一途径，请务必填写正确）；

(5)支付信息提交后请立即支付费用，如超过优惠期，系统将自动修改为非优惠价格；

(6)不能使用微信在线缴费的情况：

a. 需要开具增值税专用发票

b. 国外及港、澳、台缴费须采用银行汇款方式

c.物理所参会人员请使用所内转账

2. For international and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan participants, please use Bank transfer, in this way paper invoice will be provided and sent by express post after the conference. 

3. On-site WeChat Pay or cash payment (RMB only).
